We may also receive these details when you submit an enquiry form through one of our ads on Google, Facebook or Instagram.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange measures and installations, make and deliver your order, send invoices, and provide after-sales service. We may also contact you about your project or about similar products and services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Online shop orders

When you buy from our online shop, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and the details of your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers and we do not see or store your full card details. We share your name, address and contact details with the courier delivering your parcel. If we send an order outside Australia, an invoice with these details is attached to the parcel for customs.

Who we share it with

We only share your information when it’s needed to complete your job or order, for example with our installers, suppliers and delivery providers, and with the service providers we use to run our business, such as our website host, email, accounting and payment systems. We do not sell your personal information.
